Is SME IPO HNI allotment on proportionate basis (old system) only or changed to new system like mainline IPO (lottery based).

Can some guru throw some light and clarify on HNI allotments

Is proportionate basis applicable for HNI mainline fixed price ipo as well

Yes, however normally mainline ipo is of Book built.

Good financials with zero debt (all repaid). Management compensation looks good to me. Capacity Utilization is high (90%) & doesn't leave much space for growth. Related Party Transactions are significant & must be monitored post IPO. Overall, considering everything this does look good even though I personally feel asking valuation little high. I will apply for Listing Gains/Short Term.

Again 4 SME IPOs between 5th Sep - 9th Sep (issue close dates).

Sabar also from same segment but smaller in size. Which one experts suggest to bet? Apply in both? Both does not seems to have cooked much and fresh on offer.

Good for us people with limited funds..... Most will go to best one and we can have better chance in 2nd or 3rd best
