Financial Numbers are decent and there's some fomo here...only 950 lots.
Could fetch 40-50k
Applied 2 retail application.
Subscription could be lower due to money blocked in other IPOs.

Can anyone help me in knowing what is this subject to rate? I am kind of new here.

Megaflex......for me there are red flags.

1. have many related company run by directors.
2 many related party transaction.
3, company has no sticky renowned customer
4. with profit of 1 - 2 Cr, its other expense is @ 6 cr.
7. company owns Mercedes , Innova Crysta, , and other many vehicles.
8 telephone bill over 1 L.
9. leno bag is very small size in plastic industries.

only positive is grey market

i am not applying,, because i might not able to see what others are.

Got one lot in JFl life science....but in fix WT to do ...with this.....as it is locked in LC

Funds from Virtuoso, Viviana and Mega Flex Plastics can be utilised in Harsha.
So applying in these and skipping remaining.
