Why they have done Pre IPO is a Mystery to me.

There is upward trend in Revenue and profits ...good sign

but loans also increasing..

growth oriented company....seems good to me

It's commanding good GMP in the market ...Will apply with full strength

Generally Rasayan shares have performed very well in main line IPOs. No doubt this is not all Rasayan as other, these chemical are for the use of construction of buildings, etc.
Companies from Gujarat perform exceptionally well. Not 100%, but this perception is high.
But one big blow has already given by Gujarat Giant. Beyond thinking.
All the factors look attractive including GMP. In such circumstances it will be a good choice to apply. No doubt going to subscribe heavily but need to apply to get an allotment. Luck is likely to be there, once effort done.
