This company used to finance computers and household electronics. They struggled a lot for survival against Bajaj Finserve who in-turn took 85% of its business. Ahmedabad based owners and now in Gujarat, we hardly see any boards/hoardings or any aggression in business with its competitors. Lots of micro-finance and more better NBFCs has taken drive nowadays. MAS financial services is struggling for its existence now.

550/ Share = 27 Shares Lot

1.40 Lakh Lots = 1x Subscription

Considering the euphoria for IPOs I feel it will be subscribed anywhere between 7-10X.

At current GMP of 175, Subject 2 should be about 4000+ and Kostak should be 400+.

Last I heard GMP had started at 170-175 but there weren''t many trades as details weren''t out. Hopefully things will pick up in a day or two.

Avoid this IPO. Their intention is to loot public money.

As market is falling so hope that financial organisation will not help in this scenario. Notice icici Lombard . Many suggest subscribe , now what happened due to declining market.

Everyone had negative opinion over Lombard but it managed to be above issue price and still its showing strength.
Without analysing you can not say its over priced if market recover from tomorrow will u change ur statement

Just got the information its official announced price band.
Higher then expected however promoters left margin on table for listing gain.

This time registrar is linkintime after many consecutive IPOs handled by Karvy although I have no issue with any registrar reg. allotment in IPOs as i know very well that in mostly allotment by lottery n this is transparent proces whatever may be happen in some cases in past like ban on karvy. So people''s complaint reg. allotment is just like kidding.....

what should i say... i got an IPO allotment of Lombard after Prudential.... almost an after year :(

No for Demart, Music, AU, PSP, Shankara, Capacite, Eris, and list goes on for the last year..

you sound frustrated already. what''s wrong? why should you be upset as people accuse karvy? karvy was banned for two years by sebi. do you think they banned karvy for fun? does getting banned not sound shameful to you? no amount of lies is going to stop people from believing that karvy had a roll to play in non allotments.the time that was wasted and the hopes that were shattered. stop crying foul.

Allotment process is very transparent these days

A Sebi probe had in 2006 found that several entities illegally obtained IPO shares reserved for retail investors through thousands of benaami (held in fictitious names) demat accounts. They had then transferred the shares to financiers, who sold on the first day of listing, reaping windfall gains from the difference between the IPO price and the listing price. The latest Sebi order said that different Karvy group entities were involved in the IPO irregularities and acted out their pre-planned roles.

Marcy back door works in fully subscribed upo''s. Only 10 or near by 10 percent gives outsiders to make retailers happy. Over subsribed ipo s in Hyderabad at Karvey are in the range of 5k to 10k.
