I think a decent percentage of retailer will try in HNI category. So most likely crowd will be there in 2-10 slab hence lottery whereas 10+ may contain relatively less participants , chances for lottery will be less in 10+ .

2-10 slab have around 667 lots , chance of lottery is almost sure
10+ have around 1333 lots , chance of lottery will be less.

So investors who can invest 10L+ , allotment is almost sure however risk will be high as they will be allotted 9+ lots.

Yes. Above 10lac + will get confirm allotment .
Total 4000 lots available and arround 200 lots (5%) reserved for Market maker then

NII. : 1900. .. (1/3*1900 =633 lots for Small NII )
Small NII Subscribe 1.5x maximum as Application wise ) Here allotment is not much tough )
RII : 1900. may be Subscribe 30x or more..

Here Small NII alloted 2 lots per applicants then 316 lots consider as single applicants and Big NII .140 lots consider as single applicants.

As per previous data .
In PE Analytics .. 99 Applicants have applied more than 10 lac lots so it may be increases so there is no confirm allotment for 10 lac + also. It may be go upto 2x in Big NII as applications wise and Small 6x as applications wise ..

Above case will be subscribed in case of heavy demand otherwise we all know how to get lots.

As per circulation dated 14th Jan22, these new rules are applicable only for book-building process IPOs, very few SME IPOs come with Book building.
Please check below-attached image for information.

Then Old rule will be applicable as usual .
