Considering the results, the stock should start an up move commencing monday.

The results look fabulous. 27.98 crores profit for the year. 12.33 EPS and 1 Rupee divided per share.

I sold 3 lots long ago where I bought from secondary market, was thinking to buy again (gone out of radar). Most of the SME stocks were hit hard recently. This is very good share for long term after good results. It will go up once market recovers.

Addition to my previous posts.... The EPS of 12.33 is on pre IPO equity base. The EPS would be approx 9/-, and I still hold my view that the results are good. Promoters are holding high percentage of equity. I have just one lot, and being a small player, I already made a decent profit as per my epitite, during the first week of listing.

Apropos the issue of short term borrowings doubling, the working capital comprises of Trade Receivables, Trade Payables, Inventory, Short Term Borrowings (mostly NBFCs or Banks), Other Current Assets / Liabilities, etc.

Looking at the objects of issue disclosed in RHP, a major chunk of around 90 percent out of 48.00 Crores IPO proceeds are to be utilised for increased working capital requirements. This purpose itself would mean the short term borrowings getting reduced to that extent. To place it in another way, if the company was able to arrange for increased short term borrowings during FY 2021-22, it may continue to avail the same doubled level of short term borrowings, simultaneously utilising the IPO funds for achieving higher sales in the current FY. With the IPO proceeds, the company has the option of reducing borrowings (and interest outgo) or increasing operations (and resultant profitability).

I rest my case here!

@MRavi. EPS of 15+ appears to be possible. Dividend may also be around Rs 4-5 per share.

Considering the issue of 64 L shares,

whole year EPS will be in between 8 to max 10.
14-15 isn't looking possible here.
Dividend will not be more than 2rs.

EPS =12.33

If we consider the issue of shares of 64L
Net EPS will be around 9
Dividend 1Rs (as said it will not me more than 2)

Will it go above 100 or 85 in near time?

This stock keeps reducing day by day in downside direction, so sold 12 lots out of 18. only the price band changed from 5% to 20 percent. but the stock has no positive movement as of now, When compared to shigan, nupur recyclers, vaidya sane ayurved, kn agri, krishna defence, empyrean cashews. Experts please advice where to keep the stoploss for the remaining 6 lots, will there be any momentum for this stock in positive side

Have a little patience till 30th, and you may be in for a surprise on 31st May 2022.

Free float size of this IPO was one of the reasons for lacklustre upmoves. I bought at 75 in pre open and sold at 87 in 3-4 days. Still holding one lot till results.
