Kore Digital Ltd--- 8 Jul results

Why bulk deals are not happening even at such attractive price??....

I sent out a detailed mail to Kore management yesterday evening for result and FY23-24 guidance and today they uploaded result date. Looks like promotor listen to investors. I'm having huge holding, and will hold till results are declared.

I also sent out an email to the CS asking them to hold an earnings concall... She said she will communicate it to the management... folks who are invested in kdl, pls ask the CS from your side also for earnings concall. More the requests from ppl, more chances of them obliging

Kore digital nse update.
1. Propose a vote of thanks to investors for 39 times subscribing the IPO and

applying with more than Rs.700 Crores.

2. The Company has performed in accordance to the projections and presentation

of prospectus, Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial

results of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2023.

3. Approve future guidance for FY 23-24.

4. Approve and Authorise Mr. Ravindra Doshi, Managing Director for signing

agreement with M/s Railtel Corporation and M/s MSRDC Ltd.

5. Other incidental & ancillary matters.

@SJogi sir, good momentum but fairly low volume. Needs one strong buyer to give a fuller upswing.

@MRavichandran  Sir added more lots of KDL..most of the recently listed SMEs were weak today.

It is very attractive price to enter this stock or average it.
Resutls are expected soon.
Will hold my lot till results.

Tried to contact given mobile number of promotor since last week, totally fake contact details given by them to cheat investors.In this heavy fall, company should have been informed any favourable corporate actions or otherwise Q4 result.Unfortunately it is not happened.Logically the share price may not go up until promotor wake up.

Added some more lots at 135 today..total 10lots ..now will hold till result before mking any decision.

I think company is good as per RHP. Expecting revenue of 21Cr in FY23 as per RHP which should be very much possible as mumbai expressway and vodafone orders of around 3800Cr to be completed by March 23. So 9Cr of invoices can be raised in last quarter. I am accumulating it heavily expecting to touch 200 post Q4 results.

Sorry read 38Cr instead of 3800Cr. No option is coming for editing
