Company has revenues from leasing charges of OFC to its customers.
Annualized 22-23 sales of 15.96 cr is less than 21-22 sales of 16.94 cr. Projected sales of 23-24 is 52 cr. Will have to be seen how this is achieved. Contracts in hand are wort Rs 25 cr only for completion in 23-24.
For march-22, net block was Rs 24 lacs and sales was Rs 1694 lacs.
For dec-22, net block was Rs 306 lacs and sales was only Rs 1596 lacs.
Difficult to correlate turnover with asset base
Profit in 2022 was due to inventory build up, otherwise it would have been loss.
Inventory is 217 days currently and will come down to 90 days. Seems ambitious.
Cash flow from operation for 9 months till dec-22 is Rs 76 lacs against NP of Rs 332 lacs due to clearing creditor dues. Debtors have also increased on while sales are flat
Labour & wages for 9 mths is Rs 58 lacs, in 21-22 it was Rs 1.7 lacs and in 20-21 it was Rs 132 lacs. Why such big variation ?
Proposed remuneration of promoter family is Rs 105 lacs per annum going forward while 22-23 total wages for the company was Rs 44 Lacs.

Any reason for such a high HNI figure?

If some one noticed like me that registrar and lead managers also read comments of chhitorgarh site because we raised issue that proprietorship concerns are being converted in company for sme issue in large thereafter they stopped there working from that angle and now searching new path .
I may be wrong but this is my own observation .

PE ratio: 8.32, Annual sales : 144Ann Profit: 46 crores
Those who are interested in Kore may check these data with Suyog & Indus Tower so have more clarity . It may be noted that in SME, a small loss can turn big Loss which can affect largely to the small investors and vice a versa.
Capital protection is always factor for me.

De Neers was also big avoid by DD. 😉

Just give some weightage of dd comments and visualize the prospect with own knowledge and surroundings like grey market premium / volume in gm / gmp trend increasing or decreasing /lm/market maker as well as to some extent Registrar also .

Numbers are looking impressive, lets study more. Very attractive as of now
