apply or not?
45. Parag |   Link |  Bookmark | November 21, 2007 2:19:49 PM
Gaurav/44,
That is exactly what I am saying.... the sole purpose of this issue is to let the investors, other than promoters, exit from the company. Please read my comment no. 43 again. I wonder why did you take my comment otherwise.

Rags/45,
Thanks for informing that Jyothy is debt-free.
44. Rags |   Link |  Bookmark | November 21, 2007 9:43:54 AM
Parag/43,
also read RHP carefully. Jyothy is a debt free company.
What loan you are talking about?. They have kept excess
cash in FDs

Dear Parag.

if u know anything abt finance,so plz read this:
"Jyothy lab will reduce the institutional shareholding from 30.52% to zero, while public shareholding will increase from 1% to 31.52%. Promoters’ shareholding will remain intact at 68.48%. There will be no change in equity capital of the company after the IPO."

so u can understand co. will not do anything new after the ipo.
42. Parag |   Link |  Bookmark | November 21, 2007 6:50:26 AM
Gaurav/42,
Jyothi will not even repay the loan. That would have reduced the interest component.
This issue is only for shareholders, other than promoters, to completely exit from the company, dumping their stake to the public. If these institute had any faith in the company, they would not have exited completely.
It will be interesting to see the subscription of QIB and NII portion of this issue.

DONT INVEST

what this jyothy lab’s promoters thinks abt investor.
They will just repay the loan of institutes by the valuable investor’s money instead of expansion or investment in new business.

Think investor..... is it worth rupees 620-690????

GG,
You suppose to pay tax on listing gain, but only when u sell that script, depends on the period which u holded that one - short term or long term.

I think this IPO is very nice but its price is little bit high than its actual value.
I m doing trading in share market since last 12 years, n earn lots more in primary as well as secondary market. But i prefer IPO is the best for safe earnings.
I think going with Jyoti IPO is nice journey.

DEAR AMIR AGRAWAL,

I APPRECIATE YOUR VIEWS. I AM NOT PROUD ABOUT MY DEGREES. I WAS JUST WILLING TO TELL EVERYBODY THAT IPO INVESING REQUIRES SOME SCIENTIFIC STUDY. IN MY FAMILY ONLY 3 MEMBERS PLUS MY HUF HENCE I AM HAVING 4 ACCOUNTS ONLY. MY INVESTMENT VIEW IS SUCH THAT I INVEST IN IPO AND CORPUS FOR SAME IS 15 LACS ONLY FIXED. WHAT EVER I EARN IN IPO I INVEST IN MUTUAL FUNDS FOR MY RETIRMENT BENEFITS. SO THE CORPUS FOR IPO DOES NOT INCREASE OR DECRESE. I HAVE NEVER INVESTED NOR WILL BE INVESTING IN SECORDARY MARKET AND F& O MARKET. SUGGESTIONS HEARTLY WELCOMED.
HAPPY INVESTING.... CAPRITAL MARKET RANKING FOR KOTLE PATIL -43, REASSIANCE JEWELARRY 43, JYOTHY LAB -44, KAUSHLYA LAB-40--- THINK AND INVEST......

Dear Vishwas

Good that have earned and u r earning well. Just having more degreess does not mean that you will be always right. There are people who dont have any degree like you but have more than 4 demat accounts and more corpus. Its one attitude which makes him success and ofcousre his/her own luck. I honestly belive in giving respect to everyone's view.

Well you posts are very good and help us lot. Looking foward more from your side. Thankyou Vishwas.

this is a good issue go for it.
GMP is also good.
It may be a little over priced but I think some people are over reacting to this ipo.
It will sure be a gainful ipo especially good for medim term investors.

DEAR KAMAL

I AM NOT NEW TO THIS FIELD. I AM APPLYING TO IPO SINCE LAST 15 YEARS AND MY CORPUS IS AROUND 15 LACS WITH FOUR DEMAT ACCOUNTS. I HAVE MADE DETAILED STUDY REGARDING RETURNS AND IAM SURE I HAVE GAINED MUCH IN MUTUAL FUNDS THAN IPO. I AM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/COST ACCOUNTANT/COMPANY SECREATARY AND STUDY IPO WELL. OF COURSE I HAVE NOT MADE ANY LOSS IN ANY IPO SO FAR...HAPPY INVESTING

please do not apply any ipo's, for good ipo only few people will get allotment. instead of this, go for secondary market midcaps it will give good return in almost same time now indian market becoming economically strong.(buy mrpl, petlng, gmr infra etc)
