NON REFUND
I regret to inform you that still i am waiting of above said refund while your web site is showing refund order no.524626 credited through ecs

I have been told that i will get resposnse in few day but i coundt get d ssame

It has past 1 month i am not getting any response from you side. please give me detials so that i can take necessery action.

Hi Ramesh,
I faced the same problem with Intime Spectrum
So i went to the registrar office which is in bhandup and sort out the issue.
Within 5 days the shares where reflected in my account
This is the only option as the phone number of their office is not working.
you can get the address of Intime from their site.

INTIME SPECTRUM is the worst company. the companies should avoid this comany appointing as register to thier issues. I have alloted the Jyothi IPO shares ,it is not came to my account and also money not refuned to my account .Rs50,000 bocked in the this IPO , If I try to contact INTIME SPECTRUM with PH nO 02225960320
IT is always busy. IF I call the Mobil No of Sachin Achary (9867152609) he nevwr lift the phone.Why should we suffer for the fault of registrar.Some penalty should be levied on them .

Jyothi Lab has to take action INTIME SPECTRUM

Can somebody tell what type of company INTIME SPECTRUM is?Applied for 140 shares of Jyothy Lab.Got 10 shares but no refund.Co has sent the refund in name of POOJA GUPTA instead of POOJA GUJRAL.Why should we suffer for the fault of registrar.Some penalty should be levied on them

Construction and sez(Parsvnath,sobha,dlf,unitech,Mundra Port and sez,even new listing Kolte Patil is good)
Cement(Buy Barak Valley cement recent listing lot of scope to appreciate)
Textiles(Only Koutons,provogue and shivalik global are good rest stay away)
Entertainment( Inox Leisure and cinemax both good picks)
Infrastructure stocks(Supreme infra ,maytas infra good picks )
Financial stocks(Religare,edweless and Motilal Oswal all good picks from recent ipos)

any body can give good company shares which is low price and it would be rich high... pls

I am facing the same problem and for me the refund has not been send at all. I get in touch with Jyothy for the same and as per theit Inputs they will collect all applications of this kind and take up with Intime Spectrum.

Dear Friends,

I applied for 90 shares of Jyothi Lab IPO, got alloted 10 shares still I didn't recieved my refund. I called to intime spectrum office they said refund sent on 13/12/2007 I verified in local Speed post they it got returned back to Mumbai due to un-availability of the person.

Cn you please tell me how to get my refund back.

I appreciate if some one help in this regard.

850?Hey i think i'tll take a long time as it reaches 1000mark!!!it is possible that till 2jan some thin will happen.....

You r certainly correct akshay as out of 40 lakh issue 25% shares had already bought by MFs so on monday it is definately going to cross Rs. 850 mark, mind my words...
I am holding 500 shares let us see how much i am going to earn. :-)

44 lakh me se 10 lakh share to ek hi aadmi ne kharid liye.
it will croos 1000 in 1-2 week

I HAD FACED SAME PROBLEM IN KOUTONS I DID THE SAME & GOT MY REFUND BACK IN 5 DAYS .

somehow my refund chq. is undeliverd and return back to registrar, can anybody suggest me what is the procedure to get back the refund chq. or any contact number.
