Hence is 11 pe is very good. Attractively priced. Heavy Subscription expected. Retail may cross 18 to 20 times by application wise. Very tough allotment.
Govt. companies in last three years not listed well even issue subscribed above 60 times. Example Cochin, Rites etc.
So grab it on listing day.

Ircon International:

Listing gain is possible because asking price is attractive. Government set IPO price very reasonable same as RITES IPO.

On listing or near term after listing it should trade at P/E of 14-15. Trading price should be 550 - 600.

One should not forget that this is government company and listing should not be like HDFC.

This issue may be good but allotment will be difficult because of Karvy. Dont apply in IPO better to buy on listing day and hold it for long

One should blame karvy only when one has evidence. Anyhow one can always approach sebi.

Karvy was the registrar for HDFC AMC too. I got a very fair allotment both as a shareholder and also retail.
