Why is IRCON gmp decreasing.... any specific reason??

It varies between different cities before discovered GMP.

Ircon may be subscribe like Rites. Qib above 70 times Hni above 200 times and retail may be above 17 times.
Rites listed at 190 (against issue price 185). If ircon list below 500 means grab it.
It will perform like Rites.

It cannot be compared with HDFC. AMC because it lacks consistency in revenue and net profit growth as compared to HDFC.

Listing can be like HDFC STD LIFE.
Listing of RITES & HSL was very much similar.
After listing went much higher.
