May be by showing losses at their subsidiary level ..

Fy16 post issue PE ratio @11 only, if PE expected @15 vs industry PE of 18, In that case issue is expected to give good return in short period and as the performance of FY17 is also good which will further result in lowering of PE at current price of 58. Looks to be a good ipo for short as wel as long term perspective.
Also if we see subsidiaries...... what i studied....that the company has Subsidiaries in three countries, US, Germany and Dubai. US is not loss making at all, While Germany and Dubai...... we cannot assume as loss making as these are recently formed and are at initial stage.......

Issue is oversubscribed. Should I apply in retail or can I apply in other categories as well?

I dont see this IPO listed in ABA services of SBI Online

My friends are seeing this IPO listed in ICICI and Kotak Mahindra. Does this mean I cannot apply if my account is with SBI.

I KNOW ABOUT THE ipo AND APPLYED IN MANY TIME BUT NOT APPLY IN SMEIPO. IS THAT SAME AS IPO OR SOME DIFFERENT.

The process is same, only the difference is, this is fixed price issue, so while filling the Bid details dont tick on cut off price, intead mention the issue price in the BID price box while applying for it.

It can be applied through Manual and Online (NetBanking) ASBA both.
