Please stay away from this ipo. Company recently lost major projects. These projects has more than 150 people. This year company decided not to give appraisal. Company is in financial trouble. This is the reason company is coming with IPO.
You have very good choices available in big IT companies with same P/E.

At present company''s focus is in employee reduction. No new projects. Lost major projects recently.

Fy16 post issue PE ratio ~@11 only, if PE expected @15 vs industry PE of 18, In that case issue is expected to give good return in short period and as the performance of FY17 is also good which will further result in lowering of PE at current price of 58. Looks to be a good ipo for short as wel as long term perspective.

Every broker does trading in nse sme

This is Fixed Price Issue.

So,
Take note that this issue being fixed price issue, make only one bid at Price of Rs. 58/- and should not tick on cut off option....

cutt off pe tick kyu nahi kare because cut off pe tick karenge to bhi price 58 hi aayegi?

because sbi bank does not upload nse sme lpo in their site.

I am new in SME Ipo, pls let me know how to apply for SME IPO both online as well as offline mode. I have bank accounts with SBI, ICICI, KOTAK, HDFC.

I am seeing this IPO listed in ICICI and Kotak but not in SBI. Any ideas?
