Hey Master!!!!

Don't bluff anything.... If a person is paying Rs.150 as premium.. He can aswell purchase from open market at Rs. 950/- rather than paying Rs. 1050/- (Ipo price Rs. 900 + premium 150)

Friends, please clear my doubt. If I want to bid at 900 per share(without 50 /- discount) in full payment, shud I pay 900 or 850? If it is 850, how would my order be distinguished from another order at 850 per share without discount.
Thanks in advance.

Guys, please advise me whether the existing ICICI retail shareholders will receive an additional discount of Rs.50 in this FPO (i.e., in addition to the normal discount of Rs.150 passed on to retail investors).

Hi All.

If u pay full amount now u can pay 900 per share.
If u want in two payments term then pay 250 per share, on allotment u will have to pay through cheque or DD with in the stipulated time and it will be just before listing time so be quick to pay. Those who pay second term money late they will be levied with fine(interest). It means one cannot sell shares on listing day as part payment is due or not paid till date.

Just remember 900 rs per share, thats it.

Hey Friends, I want to apply online for the FPO. But, don't know at which price I should quote my bid. Means If I wish to quote my bid at Rs.950 then I should have to write Rs.900 (including discount) & pay accordingly or just have to write Rs.950 without considering discount now. Please tell me as soon as you can, and a confirmed reply...
Thanks in Advance...

Hi,
Does any body know how to make application under the shareholders reserved quota?Because the standard form doesnot have this classification.

For information.
Yesterday one official of ICICI explained the logic behind the price being higher than market for others except the retail investors. She said when FII etc. want to buy huge qty from the market,it will push the market price, here they have an opportunity to buy/bid at predetermined price.

Can some one tell me, when I need to pay the due amount, if I get allocated by using option-1.

Sorry guys, typing mistake in my earlier posting. I meant to say "Retail portion will NOT be oversubscribed this time also (like their previous offer)." (omitted the "NOT" by mistake)

Retail portion will be oversubscribed this time also (like their previous offer). So, keep sufficient funds to top up the balance payments required for the full allotment of what you apply for. Once the issue is closed and allotments are made, selling pressure will bring down the share prices, as banks are not the best of favourites these days. Only those players who are willing to wait and watch for the right opportunity to sell till the price reaches a profitable range should go for this issue. To those of you who said that the prices were above 498 after the last offer - Dont forget that it did go down around May-Jun 2006 to 440 levels.
