Hi Raju
If the IPO is priced, say, Rs.900, for retail investors the same would be offered at Rs.855 (Rs. 45 discount which is 5%).

I think it should be btw 850-900...but even then it is a great loss to existing icici holders as fpo will be on 5 % discount from the price to retail investors..

One very important thing for retail investors. As per SEBI Guidelines, FPO listing price should not be more than 20% of last quoted price. I am not sure about the current SEBI Guidelnes. So, if anybody expects more than 20% gain on this FPO, must ascertain the fact first and then only apply.

Hi Sunil
The price band will be decided by ICICI on 18th. The market expectation is between 830 abd 880. However, ICICI stated that Retail Investors will get 5% discount on IPO price.
