My sister''s bank account (Kotak) and my bank account (BOB) is linked to the same number which is mine. We both have demat account linked to personal numbers, mine linked to BOB and sister''s to Kotak . Can I apply for IPO via both the accounts through UPI? Will it be liable for rejection?
Guys , Need your suggestion . My family got 5 individual Zerodha accounts on their names . If I apply for 1 lot in each account using same upi id for all 5 , will it be consider 5 applications ? Or they will be rejected ?
Your all application will be rejected. in case of UPI third party account not allowed.

They will Reject other 4 IPO applications.
For UPI One PAN, One Application of same person.
If u want to apply from same account apply through NetBanking but the application will only go through if ur bank supports 3rd party application. Like SBI, Axis

FOR low brokage Zerodha is best no doubt , buy for appling through IPO /FPO on zerodha site is worst and that to on upi I am not still conviced in applying through UPI ipo as many face issue it is better you open an sbi saving account through which you apply through netbanking sbi is open only till 2 00 pm on the last day and apply on zeroda demat cdsl number once you put the details of pan ,name and demat account ,and also nick name you donot have to enter the details again and again as it is saved on nick name bank of india account is also good last day it is open till 3 pm but then ever time you have to enter details of name demat number and pan number this two bank ALLOW TO APPLY IN 5 names OF DIFFRENT PAN on same ID of sbi also there are other banks which allow 5 applications , on one account i donot have idea you can use zerodha DEMAT account NUMBER for applying in IPO
Thanks for your responses . Is there any option in Zerodha apply through Netbanking instead of UPI payments for IPOs?

@Ramkays- No option to apply thru NetBanking in Zeeodha. You can create individual members upi first and then apply thru respective Zerodha acc.

Why there is same ratio for every category(ie., Category based on number of lots applied) of Investors in RII category, since shares are allotted on the basis of lucky draw. There will not be 1:16 for 100 investors applied for 1 lot and 1:16 for 50 investors who applied 2 lots, if it is allotted based on lucky draw.

@VMaru HNI quota me proportion me allotment lots ke hisab se hoti hai ya 1 share bhi allot ho sakta hai as per proportion basis.
Proportionate allotment in HNI but minimum allotment is one lot. So you have to be eligible for at least one lot to get allotment in HNI. For example in Dodla Dairy if you have applied for 74 lots or more, you will get confirmed one lot (35 shares) plus few extra shares on proportionate basis. If you have applied for less than 74 lots then your application will go through lottery system and you may or may not get allotment. I hope this clarifies.
I''m not a newbee, but will be very fascinated to know from you, that what''s your source of knowing GMP. And I ask you to please a pecise and specific. ♧
SHANKWEALTH, Great to know that you are not a newbie. But the way you asked owls eye to be precise and specific, it seems that you are manager of Owls Eye. I really irritates me that people ask other questions and puts their conditions on other to reply.

KAMMA SIVA RAMA KRISHNA JI, In Nath Bio gen, only small amount of cash is available in Books Also, a large portion of shares are with Small investors. So, at first glance, it''s looking unattractive . But let''s the route (open market/ Tender ), Size and price of Buyback is decided first for better calculation.
Thanks.

MAPatel ji, Sorry for late reply as I have just seen your post. Yes! Dodla Dairy may be applied with full force for listing gain. Thanks.
Aniket ji, very kind of you. Sir, we pray for your kind guidance after the announcement of the details of buyback. Once again thank you very much for yours only branded prompt response.
I have just now applied for one lot of Dodla through Axis Bank ASBA, corresponding amount is deducted from bank balance but "Application status" is showing "blocked". What does it mean ? Whether application is accepted or not. Please let me know.
