Still in heavy cash burn mode. may be PE funds want to exit quickly, looks rushed.
if indian markets not giving premium to zomato and other viable business, this will be in big trouble as logistics is more cut throat on margins and external elements.
I will looks for price to decide.

Personally I had very bad experience with delivery service of Delhivery. I ordered large appliances from Amazon and Amazon use Delhivery service for delivering large items. They always delivered late with no communication. Their agents refused door step delivery. This happened multiple times. So i stopped ordering large items such as TV, furniture, mattresses from Amazon and now use Flipkart for same. I only order item from Amazon which is directly delivered by Amazon with no third party involved. Blue dart service is much better than Delhivery. Will apply only if pricing is good and good GMP. Let's see.

In my locality all, be it Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery...etc. refuse doorstep delivery. They wants us to collect the the item from particular location.

@learner Sk yes..It would be wise wait for the valuation and decide last day after seeing subscription figure and gmp. Also there are other IPOs coming at the same time. This will also affect the subscription figures.
@ADP yes I was told by Amazon customer service executives multiple times that they use Delhivery service for delivering big items and they are fully aware of Delhivery inefficiency in delivering items on time. I was told they are working to solve this problem. That's why I don't order large items from Amazon even though i am a prime member and often use their services. And i have no complaint with Amazon own delivery agents.
@Aparichit in my area both Amazon and Flipkart provide door step delivery. Till now I have only faced problem with Delhivery.
