This is really shameful.

Seeing the plethora of messages on Indias most popular IPO board Chittorgarh scamster applicant and their investment bankers Pantomath and registrars are getting nervous and through their stooges posting messages of fair allotment. All these ids were recently created to misguide people.

These chors getting nervous is a very good sign .

As they know that all SEBI has to do is to ask the list of successful allottees from all BSE SME IPOs which gave good listing gains specially where chor combination of Pantomath and Bigshare was working in combo.You will easily come to know same set of names with same PAN Nos and address are getting allotment in one IPO after another.Some IPOS which can be investigated are recent ones like Sysco.Lancer,Vidli,Behramji Cawasji,MRSS, and even others which gave good listing gains.

All it would take to unravel the truth is an impartial enquiry from SEBI & BSE. We should not expect much from BSE as everything would have happened in connivance with them only

This might be the first big scam which has come to light under an honest Modi govt.This scam has shaken the entire crediblity of Indias corporate governance,transparency and honesty followed at Indias oldest stock exchange BSE..This will act as a big red mark on Indias destination as an honest nation.

Lets all come together and complain to Prime minister office which is famous for prompt response and quick action as SEBI or BSE might not take any action.

Incase still no action take place we can issue legal notice to company Comsyn, A very heavy fine and a hefty jail sentence will put a stop to all such fraudulent practices. we need to complain for the same.

We should also complain to MoF,ROC Gwalior .We should deluge all these organizations with complaints so that this fraudulent practice come to stop at least in future IPOs.

Why such scam happen only in BSE SME and not in NSE Emerge?

that is why BSE does not have any regulation or transparency as in NSE exchange. People and even big share have got nervous. when i called Big share they did not once say that allotment is done fairly just asked me to send email to ipo@bigshareonline.com.

anyway in 1 or 2 instances is ok but i see multiple application which have been allotted to single family which could not be possible. just for information i and my friends applied in 30 application int total and got nil allotment which itself shows allotment has not been fair. Also we have seen some been allotted 8/8 or 4/4 , does that not seem incorrect on so many instances.

i am not sure about previous ones but this one definitely sound unfair practise involved. it might be these individuals are close to panthomath or bigshare which u never know

anyways let me know we can issue a legal notice to the company if we do not receive reply from SEBI in next 2 weeks.

what i can say where there is high premium and definite stock will go higher on listing then most of these shares are sidelined and others are allotted.

comsyn ka allotment sebi k rules and regulations k mutabik hi huwa hai,
isme koi fraud n fishy types ka kuch bhi nahi hai,

DO YOU THINK ITS POSSIBLE MULTIPLE APPLICATION ALLOTTED TO SAME FAMILY AND ANOTHER FAMILY WHO APPLIED 10 OR 15 APPLICATION GIVEN NONE. INFACT MY FRIENDS TOO APPLIED IN 5 OR 100 APPLICATION AND ALLOTTED NULL. LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN EITHER GET SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH INTERNAL SOURCES OR CONTACTS TO GET CONFIRMED ALLOTMENT AS THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY.

DEFINTELY THIS ONE IS UNFAIR PRACTISE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHO ALL WANT TO ISSUE NOTICES TO COMPANY AS WELL TO FILE A CASE INCASE NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY SEBI IN FEW DAYS.

Still at valuation of 55 ,it would be at 60% discount to industry average PE.

I have been following these forums, but have opened my account today only to acquire and share the knowledge with learned stockgurus.

The modus operandi of allotment is very strange. If you are applying via several a/cs and on very same day at same time through asba, then chances are that either you would get the all the allotment or none.
in one of the ipo,(from very reliable source), they created a excel file of all the applications and randomly picked applications in serial.
for ex. suppose there are 300 applications, numbered from 1 to 300. if 50 allotments are made, then they may pick S.No. 1 to 50 or 141 to 191 etc.

therefore, for multiple accounts, it is advisable to apply at different day/ different time.

LOOK AT RJSTK AND REAL IPO. THESE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN CREATED RECENTLY. RJSTK IS A COMPNAY AGENT TRYING TO FOOL PEOPLE THAT HE HAS APPLIED 3 AND ALLOTTED ALL 3.

Guys remember there are fake accounts created her to show they have been allotted but when ask any person about application number whom allotted no one shares the information
Apart from Septa ,most of them have new accounts created name which might be made by big share or pantomath to show many have received allotment.

I applied only one application and one alloted

Seems BSE officials have connived with Pantomath n Bigshare and they are absolutely silent on all communications.

SEBI is also a slow bureaucratic organization so we should complaint o other orgns also like RoC,MoF,PMO.

Its high time that these fraudsters of BSE SME are exposed n put in jail.All their past profits are disgorged as had happened in YES Bank,IDFC IPO scamsters and heavy penalty impoased,All are put in jail and cleaning up happens.

Imagine people applying 20-30 applications and v little allotment and fraudsters getting almost firm allotment in 8-10-20 applications or even more, not only in Comsyn but also in earlier fancied BSE SME IPOs like Sysco,Vidli,Behram,MRSS.Tigert 4th Dimension and a host of other IPOs.

For it we need to delugee SEBI and other orgns with a large no of complaints.

If you dont do it then
be prepared for these IPO scam in BSE SME to continue

pichla record check karo SME ka. abhi bechne mein aur nikalne mein fayeda hai.

jab sab buyers khattm ho jayenge yeh 20% down ho jayega. nikal lo aur bhag lo. yeh retailers ko ullu banane ka tarikka hai.
jab retailer ismein fas jayega ya hold karega yeh bade investor isse sell kar denege aur lower circuit lagna shuru hojayega.

Comsyn again on 20% UC again with 3.5 lacs buyer at 34.55.

Still lot of juice left.See 60 K profit on a single application.No wonder the fraudsters are laughing all the way to the bank.

People still dont get the amount of fraud perpetrated on ordinary retail investor by fraudulent allotment??SEBI just needs to go through the allotment list of all BSESME IPOs where pantomath n Bigshare were to gether n gave good returns like Vidli,Sysco,Lancer,MRSS and others and you will find same set of VIP investors getting almost firm allotment again and again n ordinary retail invetors left out

Right place of Lunawat MD of Pantomath ,Bigshare,Comsyn and all the VIP applicant is in jail n banning of fraud lead manager and registrars like Bigshare and heavy fine imposed on them so that atleast in future allotment is fair.

this is good company not fraud in comsyn bcoz I was Apply 2 application and I got 1 lot .
I am not VIP investor infact I am mango people.
so all negative comments ignore them and enjoy UC who get allotment.

comsyn is jackpot share so do not sell any single lot ,
hold hold and hold.
Mark my word this is good company so enjoy .
