Comsyn has 3 lacs pending buyers with no sellers at 28.8.A cool profit of 30 K per app.

No wonder there was fraudulent allotment and ordinary investors did not get any allotment while well connected VIP applicants got 90% allotment.

We should all complain to SEBI asking them to investigate specially all such fancied issues like Vidli,Sysco Ind,MRSS, where these very VIP well connected applicants got 90% allotment again n again.Specially the IPos where Bigshare n pantomath are in combination

This is a hige IPO scam perpetrated by Pantomath Bigshare n Comsyn,Pantomath MD LUnawat has to be put in jail along with Bigshare ,heavy penalty has to be imposed on all such VIP applicants so that such frauds are not repeated.

For it all those applicants who did not get any allotment shud complain to SEBI,ROC,MoF,PMO.

This is not case of lottery but big fraud where chosen few applicants are getting near 100% or max allotment in fancied BSE SME IPOs.No such fraud happens in NSE managed IPOs

Lets all come together n complain n stop such fraudulent allotments in IPOs atleast in future

thanks everyone i applied in two applications of which 1 was successful in allotment.hoping for at lest 26 listing tmr.

HOPE THIS COMPANY TOO IS NOT A FRAUD JUST LIKE ITS ALLOTMENT. WHAT IS SUSPICIOUS IS THAT WITH SUCH QUANTITY OF BAGS HOW COME THEY ATTAIN THAT MUCH SALES. IS THEIR SALES MANIPULATED? DEBT IS VERY HIGH. LETS SEE HOW IT GOES. SHORT TERM MIGHT BE GAINS BUT YOU NEVER KNOW ABOUT LONG TERM . I HAD SOME EXPERIENCE WITH OFS TECHNOLOGIES WHICH WAS WELL SUBSCRIBED AND IS NOW AVAILABLE AT HALF ITS ISSUE PRICE SO DON''T REALLY CONSIDER HIGH SUBSCRIPTION TO BE FACTOR FOR LONG TERM.ALSO DO REMEMBER ITS A LARGE ISSUE OF 7.7 CRORE . SO NO COMPARISION WITH SMALL ISSUES LIKE SYSCO ,LANCER ,VIDLI OR CAWASJI BEHRAMJI.

it is not whether it wil hit uc or lc. it is about long term prospects. while i was never positive on long term prospects of the company. i just applied because of ipo euphoria nowdays. soon it will die down, i applied for exit on listing to get some listing.

But it does seem after going through their RHP that they are not good as well.
Please check ur message below and hence proven you are mad . where did i say this company is spectacular . just saying allotment process is wrong doesn''t mean company is great.

Anyway you are mad when you say it will pay all it debt when it has 28 cr debt in books and collecting 7 crore money.

it might be internally they will increase the price in beginning to exit away but long term it is surely a loss.. it is stock market and noone can predict price movements. in SME if they don''t find big buyer then it will surely go down.

anyway mad niceplaywins best of luck hopefuly you get listing gain and exit at correct time or else you will repent to keep it for long term.

Guys I have applied for 10 application and allotted nil. I am 100 pc sure shares have been sidelined. The application may have been applied in different accounts by pantomath and given them allotmet only
Please register a complaint with sebi. I am going to do the same. This allotmet is definetely wrong

Retail allotment done in Comsyn is a big fraud. Complaints hv been filed with SEBI .Lets see what happens. Bhagwan k ghar der h per andher nahi. Comsyn sems a good co n thats why there was so much rush.

GUYS I DON''T KNOW WHETHER THERE IS SCAM OR NOT. BUT ALLOTMENT PROCESS is bizarre. if allotment is to be done in computerized way, then what precaution sebi takes to avoid fraud on part of managers and registrar of the issue. sebi should make it more transparent, say allow retail investors to see that process, or say explain that computerized allotment system and coding properly so that investors know method of allotment. if allotment process is non transparent then allegations of corruptions will be made and should be made. Its job of SEBI to ensure that the process is made transparent and people will understand that process of allotment.

The above scene is with me as well so there should also be scam in above ipo''''s & I know the people didn''t get allotment in mgl with 10 & 12 application & in quess even people with 30 to 50 application''s didn''t get single lot.
I think 8.5 times is very big figure in sme, highest ever subscription, only Sysco has around 11 times higher than this but issue size was only around 2 crorez it''s issue size is almost 3.5 times to Sysco around 7 crorez so this way it''s highest ever subscription in sme. Though it''s just my intuition even whenever I talked to pantomath the way they are talking with investors about every query regarding allotment guard feeling says that they are genuine.

Ksc , it is nit that noone wd be alloted at all. Check case of idfc where multiple shares been allotted in accounts. What us surprising is how come 10 or 20 accts not allotted any shares and same surname have sgares allotted in same range appl no.. definitely sebi needs to check authenticity. U never know they wd hv allotted 50 pc share to retailers and sidelined rest of 50 pc shares on diff. Accts. Septa, did u apply in retail.category and only 2 appl?

A BIG HUGE FRAUD HAS BEEN GOING ONLY AT BSE SME WHERE IPO ALLOTMENTS ARE DONE IN AN UNFAIR ,PARTIAL MANNER TO CHOSEN FEW WELL CONNECTED WITH CO,LEAD MANAGER, N THEIR REGISTRARS .

SAME THING HAS BEEN REPEATED IN COMSYN IPO WHICH IS EXPECTED TO OPEN AT 20% uc @28.8 VS IPO PRICE OF 24 & KEEP ON GOING UP TILL 34-35 . THIS IMPLIES A PROFIT OF 60000 RS PER APPLICATION. NO WONDER ALLOTMENT IN RETAIL CATEGORY HAS BEEN DONE IN A MOST UNFAIR N FRAUDULUNT MANNER.

A CASE SHUD BE INITIATED AGAINST PANTOMATH MD LUNAWAT N HE SHUD BE PUT IN JAIL AFTER A HEAVY FINE IS IMPOSED TO DISCORGE ALL THE BIG PROFITS ILLEGALLY ALOOCATED TO THE APPLICANT IN COHORTS WITH HIM

1)I have just registered the complaint to SEBI at SCOres dot gov dot in.Its v simple n happened in a jiffy.

2)A big fraud is being done in SME IPOs where black money is being converted to white money right under the nose of BSE,SEBI by fraudulent company ,lead manager n registrar

3) IPO is priced artificially low so that its gets listed at high price and allotment in retail category is given to chosen few. Mine friend applied 24 applications in retail n got only 2 while another got 1 out of 30 applications.While applicants having connection with co lead manager n registrars got 7/8 or 9/14 or even more.

4) This is a big scam on lines of IDFC N yes bank fraudulent IPO allotments scam of 2004 and 2005

5) please tweet to BSE president Ashish Chauhan BSE and bring to his direct notice this fraudulent allotment

6) Why such scams occur only in BSE SME and not in NSE Emerge?

7) Why is Pantomath having small shady registrars like Bigshare as registrars & big reputed firms with a better track record like Karvy & Linkintime shunned?
