I applied for 125 Share on cut off price but i did not get any allotment. and my refund of money still pending.I tried to get it and i send a mail to linkin time for the same but i did not get any response form that side.pls advice how to get my refund.

Is Any one can get application refund through ECS or RTGS in AXIS Bank from coal india or any other IPO.
Some one informed me if i filled rtgs detail with ifsc code of our branch in application form i will get refund by rtgs in Axis Bank. because i cannot rotate my fund if i am getting my refund through cheque

I also did not get any allotment so had a talk with link in time Mumbai office. They told refund will come in 10days because there was some error in my demat a/c no, on my application. But I am pretty sure that it was written correctly as I have xerox of my application.
Niw I am trying to call them back thay are neither picking my call nor replying my email.
can any body tell me where should I go....Is there any authority which can force them to reply to our emails.

i hav not got the refund of coal india. my shares alloted also NIL. then why this delay in refund??
