Coal India, current EPS of 15 trades at a PE of more than 20, lets say the next year EPS would be 17. so the fair value of CIL should be betwwn 300 to 340 at which it is currently trading, there are no immediate triggers, unless you are a long term Investor, there is no point in holding on to the share, the stock may be 10 rupees up or down, but fairly priced currently, selling the share and moving over to another IPO would make more sense, Soon the euphoria on CIL will die down and share may remain sideways, Long term no doubt its a great share, will be a sure part of the nifty fifty

What do I do with 199 shares which I haven't sold yet. keep it or sell it @Rs.320/- on Monday

Deepakji, why run after coal india, the share seems to fully priced at these levels, concentrate on other new issues and make money safely, forget coal india, you made good money, why run after 10 or 20 rupees risky upside, just my thought, wish you gud luck

my refund [coal india] not found till nov12.2010.i try linktime by phone and email but no response if any one do some thing fast pl help me

i have also not received my refund from coal india , can any one of u help me out what is the process to get it back

Added 30 more Coal India at 318. Order for 20 more at 315 did not materialize.

Is it good to enter coal India at 321 ? for three months view?

Sorry for being harsh. But some lessons are learned in the hard way!

sold 25 shares @ 320, still holding 286 shares(IPO).

What should I do now?

when a person marries five times,he does it with the knowledge that he is guilty.i was not aware that demat nos are not the basis for applications.the broker also did not advice me.if no allocation was made it is fine.atleast a lesson was learnt.i also made the mistake by regarding this website as the one for coalindia ltd.i sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

i have not received the refund from Coal India Ltd. the application no. is -23528892 . Could you plz. trace out the present status of the refund.

sorry for the out of topic question. Anybody has some idea about why all the oil marketing companies are going down nowadays? Especially HPCL. Is it time to get out of the stock?

Coal india is slowly progressing. Oil india is going down day by day. I hope it wont go near to issue price.

that was a stupid approach.when 5 appns were sent with 5 demat a/cs, the PAN IS BOUND TO BE THE SAME.SURELY ONE CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE PAN NO.THE APPNS PERTAINED TO

ok Thanks Mr Mig - I got the email address but regarding name mismatch it is not there because I have beeen getting allotment in other issues also when I filled the form in same way and i have got allotment in my wife account 199 shares also

Mr.gatttani your application was in the name of gurudutt gattani.It shows shares were not alloted.there could be mismatch in name in demat account or any other thing.You can always contact registrar whose email id is cil.ipo@linktime.co.in and enquire.
