#CleanScience bought back 87,990 equity shares at a price of Rs. 4,546 per equity share on 31 Mar''20, then had bonus issue of 1:7 then share split of 1:10. In today''s terms, buy back price turns out to be Rs. 55-60. One year later public issue comes at Rs. 900!!

Worth considering to apply considering this information? Any steam left in it for long term retail investors?

Pre IPO buyback was to take advantage of tax free dividend once dividend become taxable. These buyback price is related to cash in books. How can you compare it with a IPO?
