Pls can a wise man tell me how to decide whether share is fairly priced, or over priced or getting at very cheaper price. Because without that analysis only 90% of investors including me thought glands pharma is over priced at 1500 And we missed it and it got bad subscription figures but the wise men applied it and now in 6 months it went from 1500 to 3500/-. So please share how to calculate its price value

very nice question ... but the answer is even the company CEO also wont know whether its fairly priced.
in the above example of Gland pharma if the company itself felt that its undervalued why they came up with IPO ? they could have kept themselves for 1 year and now it would have tripled their worth.

All depends on many factors especially market conditions , interest rates , tax rates , rebates , subsidies , value of commodities , value of raw materials , current industry , management , marketing strategies , competition , opportunity

just quote one example : I have bought amara raja batteries last year thinking they will have eventually venture into EV battery ,everything went well except current Andhra CM is against this company and been raiding them saying local villages are polluted ( amara owned by galla who is MP from opposition party TDP ) . so you wont get single straight answer.

Having said that please be sure on fundamentals - you might go wrong in short term but long term you will be in very good profits
check for intrinsic value, whether it is over bought zone - Ticker tape displays it .
Keep observing the news and try to see how market reacts to each news over a period of time you will gain experience and keep the targets rational , no one in the world become rich overnight .

Looks like SBI, HDFC have tie up with C-Fintech and links with Link Intime to facilitate NON Allotment to their retail customers who naively trust their banks care for them. Stupid people really (including me)

Well first thing I saw when clean science ipo page was created was who''s the registrar it is linkintime and then dissapointment started as I never got an ipo through linkintime . I have applied a total of 6 IPOs with linkintime as registrar and never ever got allotment . Am desperate and hope this time I get it as I am very much interested in clean science ipo . I always apply through kotak asba for only 1 lot .

Asba ki jagah upi try karke dekh lo is baar. Kya pata upi ko preference dete ho linktime wale.

Vaise linktime wale hai to bekar hi pata nahi jisko allocate karte hai ye.

Bhaiyalog linkintime me aaj tk 1 lot nhi mila, have 4 demats, hmesha SBI ke ek account se ASBA app. Krta hu kfin wale IPOs me kbhi kbhi 1 lot mil jata hai but linkintime me aaj tk ni mila, applying since 2 years, please help😭

@Grow India, You should check your email. Registrar sends allotment cum refund email to all applicants. Rejection reason mentioned in those emails.

Rejection to kabhi huyi nahi

Refund hi aatta hai ki apko allotment nahi huyi.but rejection shabd to use nahi hota usme it means third party application was ok

Wrong calculation of valuation. Equity Shares outstanding after the Offer 106,218,960 Equity Shares, so multiple the above number of shares with ipo price that is 900 comes to Rs 9559.71 crores. Looking at GMP of around rs 450 if you give 50% hike on listing than market cap will be approx 14200 crores
