Kotak & Karvy combination even more horrible

Parag listed +ve but extended for 6 days instead of normal 3 days due to poor subscription.Undersubscribed in first 3 days.Again Parag revised its price band after 3 days and given some discount.227 to 215.Check this Link.

A registrar(Karvy) has nothing to do with setting the price of an IPO. It is Kotak who should be blamed. SEBI should hammer such bankers who keep such steep valuations....

After this exit bulk deal , MT Educare finally closes in red today.This might have some influence to QIBs today.Interesting to see what will be its impact on peer CL Educate on listing day 31st.

However today brokers were talking about listing around 450/475 range.

Conclusion : Always be alert in '' T '' group Company which shows poor subscription data

SEBI usually don''t object if settlement done successfully.

In India anything can happen even good fundamental company can also list at discount if priced very high ( recent eg:L&T,ICICI)

Dear Members....Please do not lose heart who are in loss....
I warned in this forum multiple times about this company''s valuation and business model...Still many analyst convinced retail investors to invest in this by comparing to valuation of zee learn and Teamlease....
Hope this is a good lesson learnt where it proves that energy and over enthusiasm can be harmful in stock market...It is great in other fields but not in stock market...
Please do simple maths and history analysis before you make commitment to a stock...
As I said earlier SUNO SABKI KARO MANN KI....

Kaun kaha rahaa thaa ki 600+mai list hoga and grey market 100 rupee hai . Aachaaa hua ek hi lot lagaya thaa. SELL IT ASAP as loss will increase.

CL Educate going to Rs 200 or below.

Think of it, the guy has looted RS 250 crores in broad daylight. The promoters would actually steal nearly Rs 1000 crores as they would sell their own stake also very soon.

Please be aware of people who were saying subscribe this IPO (KR Choksey are you listening.........the analyst should be fired today).

Sad to see people getting fleeced like this. Though I feel its also a lesson for free loaders who feel that they can sit at home, apply for IPO''s , watch TV and lead a great life.

Upper Circuit may turn into Lower Circuit any time before 3:30 .
Reasons :
(1) sensex and nifty may show more weakness at noon session
(2) If upper circuit can be hitted in just 2 minutes after listing then there is lot of time for today''s closing.10:30 to 3:30
