As I have been telling the tell-tell signs of Fraud was evident in this IPO.
Moral of the story: 1. Please don''t go for any IPO wit a T-segment listing. 2. NO profits means no returns. 3. Sorry investors, but this company is not even worth Rs 200. 4. People feel , IPO market is free lunch. There''s no free lunch. 5. SEBI is a bunch of bureaucrats who have no idea. 6. Case should be filed against the company, promoters and SEBI. 7. MODI as PM, doesn''t mean everyone is clean and that these crooks have gone underground.
Think, Read, Analyse, talk before investing. Be careful of the guys who were talking GMP of 100 and above.
Good analysis deepakji. To add the QIB section was subscribed 3 times at Rs 502. Means 2 of 3 entities did not get allocation. Now why are they not buying at lower level? Some kind of manupilation by promoters along with QIB.

Thats how it works for t for t category. Circuit is decided on opening price (both lower and upper circuit). Since the issue opened much in discount and later there was a demand hence the upper circuit. But also look at the type of demand, there were some 500+ bidders for arond 1.2 lakh quantity. This means most of the bidders are retail bidders and not institutions who apply in large quantity. This does not look good in upper circuit also.
Its upper circuit.. and only buyers .. no sellers.. so you cant buy :-)

upper circuit becoz only buyers which makes sense.. so basically when it started trading people sold heavily due to which it was down 20% then people realised that this is attractive price to buy... Am i right?
