If you have limited funds
apply for insolation and concord, I believe these would provide the best pop on listing and in long term

I am avoiding REETECH, other IPO's are better

When we have limited fund (if it is) it is better to apply half in top and half in medium. If apply all in top, chances of allotment will be limited. Rest depends on Luck, I always say.
Take your own decision.
