To be honest there is so much to learn from these Bharat / Hindustan IPO promoters..I mean not just the investors who don''t seem to learn enough but even some roadside Sugarcane juice vendor on desi streets might learn a thing or too...They sure couldn''t extract enough out of those canes even after passing them a million times through the slowest grinder that there is.. Unlike these IPO promoters who have almost milked their buffaloes to death...

Buybacks, heafty dividends, bonuses, cross holdings, maximum inventory and debtor''s days.. ...Gosh! .."Nichod kar rakh diya zaalimo ne"...:D

In past psu listing very bad like general insurance nic.. not good response in grey market ... day by day premium down ...10-12 rs gmp.application rate 350-400.

Be cautious as the recent trend is... missiles are targeted at common man

Suggest extreme caution with public sector stocks at this stage.

Market sentiment are badly hurt and with extreme and increasing scrutiny of public sector banks..........situation is getting bad to worse. Market is sensing...that rut in in PSB may be just a tip of the iceberg and malaise may be widespread in public sector organizations.

Be very very them unless 200% sure.

The above is said for Mid to long term investing in Public Sector stocks. For betting in IPO just for listing gains.......people may take their own call based on how much risk they want to gamble with. IPO listing is pure gamble right now with negative bias.

Gmp of Bharat dynamics is 18-20,application rate 550-570

no meaning in applying for such a low GMP. Unless GMP crosses 100, I will ignote the IPO. For any IPO, GMP shoud be at lease 20% of price .

Aapne to Tara Chand (SME) Ko CHAND TARA ki tarah chamka diya.

As per RHP , 1:1 bonus was declared on 15th Feb 2018.Otherwise price would have been double.
Can''t they wait till IPO ?

The reason behind applying Tara Chand SME IPO r as follows-
1. Actually whenever I allotted with SME IPO, I got more than 50% return.
2. A very good company with a very long and recognised customer list.
3. PE is about 12.5 which is one third of industry PE (35)
4. Profit margin is increasing year by year very fast.
5. Govt focus and spending on Infra sector.
6. Logistic sector got Infra status recently.
7. The lead manager of the issue is Hem securities Ltd which became lucky for me every time.

I will be glad to become a shareholder of the company which has a client list of Reliance industries ltd, Larsen & Toubro ltd, Steel Authority of India ltd, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam ltd, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation ltd, Tata Projects ltd, Hindustan Construction Company ltd, Vedanta ltd, J Kumar Infraprojects ltd, NCC ltd, Welspun Corp, ITD Cementation India ltd, Bharat Heavy Electricals ltd, Gayatri Projects Ltd, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures ltd.

You may be right pertaining to business model of Tiger logistics.

But please refer Page No.72 of RHP where they have mentioned only 2 peers. That is Tiger logistics and Lancer containers.

Hence compared to Tiger logistics.

I know they have..and that''s erroneous...But since the crude seems to be peaking out and with the general upcycle in the steel industry alongwith the GST and Demonetization induced disruptions fading out, it appears to be a good bet...As for the P/E, all the listing candidates consider the TTM P/E and even if we assign some discount value to that , the offer still looks very good on the face of it....

^^^ Everyone these days applies with full force...there is no longer a need for such motivations as the GMP serves the purpose ...

I''m sure the people, especially the retail investors must be warming up for D''Day ...taking vitamin tablets, whey protein etc to enhance their force on the day of application ...
