Super flop show by government company because valuetion fully priced.
Public ko murkh samjane vali government ko aisa hi risponce milna chahiye. Khud ki.jeb bharte he aur public ke liye kuchh nahi chhodte.

In this era of super fast computing, allotment should be done faster. There are so many IPOs available and if money can be unblocked quickly, people like me can apply for multiple IPOs
