Need some advise from experts. I alwats apply for SME IPO in Retail category with 1 lot but never get one. I understand that all of them are over-subscribed. Is there any trick to increase probability of allotment in SME IPOs?

There is no trick.
Apply from as many accounts as possible to increase your chances.
Just never lose hope and stop applying coz you never know...

Positive points of this Company:

The company is engaged in the manufacturing of LED Smart Televisions, with different screen sizes under the brand ‘STARSHINE. Under the OEM model, they manufacture and supply products as per the requirements of the customers, who then further distribute these products under their own brands.
2. They also manufacture Fans, Air Coolers and Mixer Grinders through third party manufacturers under the brand ‘STARSHINE.
3. They have a network of dealers and distributors across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Vidarbha, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Uttar Pradesh.
4. Revenue in Fy20 was 14 Crores which has increased to 36 Crores in Fy22. 72% sales comes from selling LED TV manufactured by company. Operating margins in the business are 12.50% in Fy22.
5. PAT has increased from 56 Lacs in Fy20 to 3 Crores in Fy22.
6. Asking P/E is . 11per share, which looks reasonable.
7. M.cap = ~36 Crores on sales of 36 Crores. So, M.cap/Sales is 1 (reasonably priced)

seems like borrowing too high or its ok?

All alone in the field with some GMP, OK valuation and 'May Apply' rating. In all probability, it is likely to get huge subscription. May be in the range of 250-300× also.

Didn't heard of this brand before 'STARSHINE'. Checked on Amazon found 1 TV model & 1 Mixie without reviews and it was added recently in Sep 2022. Cannot trust the band value. Since No other IPOs this might have good subscription.

Last year in July 2021, imports of Assembled LED Televisions in India was put under restricted category by Government of India, i.e , all the ‘Made in India’ Televisions will only be sold in India, which brings tremendous opportunity for brands like STARSHINE to increase the market size of its TV. After this Government’s policy, they are now having advantage in Indian market against thier competitors who are importing Televisions from other countries.

I am also holding this and currently it is moving in between 150-160 with very good volume.
It is fundamental good company and should be keep for 6-8 month now. Also this IPO in SME sector was a big IPO (64 CR)...so it look like now all short term player are out and person who can hold for long time are holding this.
This company made 6.08 CR PAT for first half and by this trend it will be reach nearly 12 Cr in this FY. So this should be very good bet if you can hold till May 2023 (2022-23 full FY results)

There is not any shni or bhni concept in sme yet
You will be fall under HNI category if you apply for 2 or more lots

This one is seems overall good to apply as price is reasonable, Its name has technologies rather its towards electronics. Unblocked funds would be parked here from other ipos. Its geographical position is also favorable in logistics and connections. Happy investing

Unused funds are available. In addition the unblocked funds of Pritika, Baheti and Dharmaj on 06.12 will also be available for this IPO.
As the investors are in favor of SMEs are more, this is also going to be subscribed heavily. SME promoters are well aware of the investors mind.
As far as the question of coming of other IPOs, that will always be there in line. But investors have not scarcity of funds. They want and wait for IPOs only in line one after one.

I got minor account opened and I am secondry holder. I can login with my CRN. In ASBA i see my pan and name.
How to apply in IPO using minor pan?

Age is 8 years. Visited few posts in other ipo channel. Looks like I need to visit branch and ask them to update my daughter pan in the account. Will see if that works.

first you cant apply via UPI ID for your Minor ac Only option just add your minor Demat ac no. & pan in asba in your saving Ac. because in Minor saving ac Bank naver add /enter Minor Pan card details. so only option apply via your saving ac toward your minor demat & pan i am doing it i got the IPO name of minor
