- Company is a subsidiary of Alphalogic Techsys listed on BSE. Parent Mcap is 167 crore and have given 81% CAGR return for last 3 years.
- Company is into products of storage solutions - cantilever rakes, heavy duty rakes etc. products are poised to do well given thrust in manufacturing.
- Company does not have any plant / manufacturing. they buy steel from another group company and outsource manufacturing to other vendors. While asset light model is less capital intensive, they will in turn face problems of quality supply and timely deliveries. Also, scaling up without own manufacturing facility will be difficult.
- company just started in 2020 and in 2 years have reached to 18 cr revenue. Most of the sales in nearby region of Maharashtra.
- IPO funds are mainly used for WC.
- Asking valuation is 22 p/e on diluted basis. given the base is low and expected to grow at least 30% for 2-3 years, valuation is ok though not cheap.
- EBIDTA margin has jumped from 8% to 18% in FY 2023. While jump in margin may be because of low base in FY 22 and consequent operating leverage, sustenance of margin can be tough.
- Total employee is 16.
- No QIB quota here. only NII and retail.
- LM record is mix with last 2 issues listed negative.

Overall looks like a mixed issue. Parent company performance, low size and industry tail winds are positive. not having manufacturing base is negative. Valuation is also not cheap. can consider for listing gain in case gmp is 25% and sub. is at least 50x.

Would like to add that company has a manufacturing unit in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune as per prospectus. They do outsource a few process to sub vendors as per the prospectus.

I have been following this company and it's parent company Alphalogic Techsys. The consolidated results have been given every quarter by the company including the results of Alphalogic Industries Ltd.

Not very old company. Seems they started in covid and business grew thereafter.

Note: Invested in parent company since ipo in 2019 and applying for this as well.

Same LM & MM brought promoter company 'Alphalogic Techsys' in 2019. That too was brought under BSE SME.

Hi tar aamchya Pune chi company aahe. No trades started yet in this one. Adjusting bonus and split, could someone comment on the returns of the promotor company Alphalogic Techsys Ltd?? Not very clear from screener hence asking.

Alphalogic Techsys gave 27:10 bonus, 1:2 bonus and split from fv 10 to 5. 1600 shares became 17760 shares. My investment in Alphalogic Techsys was 134400 has now become 888000. 6.6x.

Note: invested in Alphalogic Techsys since IPO and will make application in this ipo.

It seems that now LMs are playing the dual role of Costume Designer to dress up financials and also Managers to manage grey market premium. These special features are more evident in SMEs and that too related to BSE.

Growth in revenue and profit is quite surprising 😮.

Company looks good but LM is Chor

Sahi Kaha Bhai. LM is the ultimate beneficial in the IPO. Company and Promoters intention doesn't matter.

Is LM ko koi investor pasand vi nahi karta. So hope for this issue should be undersubscribe and devolved.
