People forget about the corona period of almost 1Year with cascading effects during 2020-21 and issue came in late 2019. Still co has rewarded. Not rewarded but handsomely rewarded and co shifted to main board also.

Friends if we look at its parent co. track record it has been quite impressive they have rewarded share holders with three bonuses . Secondly the employees of parents co has applied more than their alloted quota of shares. E commerce booming don't u think this can be good investment.

Exactly. The group is investor friendly and given returns better than many mainboard listed companies with stability.

GMP is misleading. See the subscription already 3.26 times. Parent company history is fantastic. Hoping for a positive listing.

Parent company price suddenly shoot up for this ipo, in june (last month) made 52w low around 17.

On fixed assets (PPE + CWIP) of Rs 1 cr, company aims to clock revenue of Rs 25 cr in 23-24, an asset turnover ratio of 25
Bank overdraft and unsecured loan from directors are at 9 – 9.5 % interest rate
Seems high debtors indicate credit sales have been used to boost revenue and profitability however this has not resulted in decent cash flow from operations. High inventory point out to intense competition among fragmented industry
Material cost was 92% in 20-21, 85% in 21-22 and 71% in 22-23.
Company buys steel from Neo Mega, a related party firm, which could be one of the reason material cost came down 20% in 3 years. Flip side, what goes down can also go up!!
Revenue has gone up 2.3x whereas installation charges have gone up 11x and Job work charges have gone up 13x
16 employees on company’s payroll of which 3 are CS, CEO, CFO, 2 are office staff and 11 are in sales and production.

So, the company has ZERO Cash Balance or Bank Balance? Quite surprising. They do have machines but do not report capacity utilization, which is again surprising.
