Subscription is low, considering size of IPO. However allotment would still be difficult. Did not apply in this due to lack of fund. Company is not out standing but would list well in view of LM, small size and IT sector. May also perform well in long, if promotors don't have ulterior motive and don't abondon this one and start new project with the OFS money. 4 Cr is still a lot of money.

Skipped...better opportunities coming

Made a small application in hni. Chances are remote.

Was thought to Apply single lot in the name of sharni. But now skipping, already to many old ipos are not performing. why to take risk.

Falling revenue and profit, high PE ratio. I am avoiding.

Where are HNIs? With decent GMP.

Based on CG and Forum, I thought GMP was around 20-22.
I guess everyone are saving for the better IPOs or other IPOs open.

You are missing that 3 more better sme ipos are there during same time and one more mainboard ipo is there :)
so it wont subscribe much as this one is not so great from financials and valuations perspective

Getting so tempted to apply after good response in the subscriptions figures.. but after analysing again am not applying.. have to keep my heart strong..

the issue is collecting 5.69 cr.. out of which 3.99 cr is going to old promoters who are leaving the company (why??)... out of balance 1.70 cr , they have bear ipo expenses too.. so the fund injection in the company will be bare minimum .. about 20-30% of the issue value only.... second negative is falling revenue over the period...

so keeping my mind strong will skip this one...

Revenue continuously falling is a concern.
