[Dilip Davda] The company operates in a highly competitive and fragmented segment with many players around. The sudden boost in its bottom line for 10M- FY23 raise eyebrows and concern over the sustainability going forward. Based on such super earnings, the issue appears aggressively priced while based on its track records so far, the issue is exorbitantly priced. High Flyer	Neutral Merchant Banker is Shreni shares, then you should be very careful, in the past Small Equity base they will handle tricky listings but pricing is too high. I faced huge losses Amiable Logistics and DAPS Advertising and Fidel software all applied ipo two applns NOT got single allotment. Major mistake buying the shares after listing after even 11th day also they will not give support of maintaining price levels. Huge losses I faced. You take your own decisions.
