OFS ka aadha Paisa, GMP ke roop mai aa jaye to chappar phad kar subscription ho jayega...(suggestion to prom). NBFC ka naam sunkar hi dil dahal jata hai. Kitne banks ki nayya duboi hai, hum retailers kya hain inke aage. 😆

Much like other risky IPO from the past, this too would see little to no response from the retail end, but might list with a small premium and then move up further. May be 15 to 20%.

@sashah always there will be new comers who apply every ipo until their money is struck in loss making companies, most of new comers book their profit early in good companies n hold on loss making

60% retail quota is enough to tell me that this is the riskiest bet in recent IPO memory. Not participating for this shady company that does not disclose most of what it does.

Comparatively a small IPO of 345.6 cr. The main negatives of this IPO :
Face value of Rs. 2.00. When the company want to extract funds from retail investors, they come with FV of 1 and 2. So, we can't see more issue price when FV is 10, I always think so.
Revenue coming down and down every FY.
The most negative, subscription of QIB. QIBs never apply in any IPO on very 1st day. Exceptions are always there. Looks company want to influence small innocent investors, who always play on GMP and QIB subscription figures.
All Members of this forum always may not be reading every pros and cons of the company. Opinions of the members matters a lot for them.
Finance companies IPOs are generally risky one with such a hefty premium.
This is a big avoid for me before the opening of this IPO till closure.

Why is the anchor book not available for this IPO?

Because they did not provide for anchor. Any way how much anchor they could have given on 10% QIB quota

2 days to go. Looks like that issue size would have to be reduce to enable it scrape through
In my view promoter will reduce OFS bucket and declare issue as successful. OFS is double of fresh offer. Fresh offer can also be reduced and FPO can be reduced to any extent

Gmp vanishing fast almost Nil.

As per topsharebrokers GMP reduced drastically after uniparts listing for all the 3 Mainboard IPO's
