They will get nearly 8 lakh worth allotment. Who said they just want 2 lakh allotment. 2 lakh rule applies when issue is subscribed more than 5 times in bHNI category

This seems like the best opportunity for retails investors to make money. This may cross ₹ 300 on the listing day and may not come back to this level ever again. With 100% sure allotment this seems like Medanta. I'm not applying but others can decide for themselves.
