Issue Size (Base) is the minimum size of an NCD issue. As per SEBI regulations, the Base Issue size of the debt securities should be minimum Rs 100 crores. As mentioned in the SEBI Debt Regulations, If the company doesn't receive a minimum 75% subscription of the base issue size, the entire amount will be refunded back to the investors within 12 days.
