KARVY not processing pay out requests for two months . Not transferring all shares to DEMAT account. Not responding any mail or phone calls. Never seen such an useless company and management. Now neither SEBI nor NSDL doing any positive action to help customer of KARVY. It seems they SEBI and NSDL are also part of the situation of KARVY. Totally helpless what to do . Money and shares both are blocked.

Karvy is still cheating the investors and failed to transfer the shares to demat account and also failed to repay the payout amount to the customers.Since more than one month it stopped either trading or payout amounts.SEBI failed to curb the karvy from cheating.I am hoping that sebi is encouraging this type of cheaters to improve thei properties.why sebi failed to take stringent action against karvy?

I have an DEMAT Account with Karvy (Cust Id : 269PU5558)
and I was requested for payout of amount 51000 Rs but still my request is not yet processed and customer care is not working or did not get any call from KARVY.
Very upset the kind of service and attitude and professionalism the karvy has shown. Karvy Stock Broking Ltd firm broke my trust and I am planning to legally to proceed

Last one month I am not getting payout rs 514000 .also securities not transfer to d mat account. Sebi ban on karvy what further action can be taken by sebi to recover the money for small investors.

Karvy is neither paying pay out amount not transferring full shares to my DEMAT account. No one in Karvy is replying any mail no one lifting the phone. It is really very unfortunate situation that small investors in India have become totally unsafe. No one is bothered about small investors. Only big people have all protection.

Why Karvy is not paying out cash balance with them since 24-11-19 though payout request given several times. Trading also been blocked. What is doing by SEBI and NSE. I think all are responsible. Taking no action. How market clients keep faith on them. Thinking will file a criminal case u/s 420/409/34 IPC against connected people of KSBL.Just I will wait this month.

Only one third of my shareholding has been transferred from the DP beniciary account to DPID account.I want to know as to why all was not transferred. I have no dues to karvy, infact they are not transferring Rs 46000/- lying to my credit in the ledger.my client ID is 2520220. Also when SEBI has turned down the demand of the lenders why the balance shares are not being transferred back.

I contacted you on Phone numbers 04033216780 and also 04023325518 & 04023312454 but I am unlucky therefore this letter.
While verifying the balance statement updated by you as on 31/10/2019 I found the following discrepancy:

• You have wrongly reported the details of fund balance and Securities balance
• Negative number in the column "Funds balance (BSE)" shown in the in the details of statement submitted by you to BSE, Is not correct and this is an objection from my side as I have not made any transactions.

Hence I presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-prepare the fresh statement of my account and if necessary submit the corrected fund statement to BSE.
I hope you will arrange to do the needful at the earliest.

Karvy directors are enjoying and we small investors are suffering . They are not processing our pay out request. SEBI is also not helping small investors . Our money is totally blocked in Karvy .

I am not getting payouts from Karvy for Rs.40000/- since 14 th Nov.2019.My DP ID is 1107402.
Several complaints have been registered on the karvy vide tkt. No.4067,4185 and 4460 but with out any result. Complaint to Sebi is not of any use.

my demat Account is with karvy and client id is 01517711 .i am trying to transfer my fund left with karvy my bank account i.e., 480340 rs. even with repeated attempts i did not get fund transfer in my bank account. i am having shares with karvy worth of 190000 rs.but in cdsl statement it is showing less.

i am having star cements shares of 900 nos but in cdsl statement it is showing 500 nos only.it means some shares have been diverted.
please help in this issue and transfer the funds to my sbi account and please look into the mismatch of star cements shares worth of 40000 rs.

Despite many reminders Some of my shares are still lying in beneficiary id but not in my DPID Client id, Also there is Qty diff in MOTHERSON SUMI SYSTEMS LTD shares, in Holding statement it is showing 472 nos wheras in Back office portfolio it is 480 nos. Noted that Announcement Date of Bonus share, Ratio 1:2 was Sep, 07, 2018 & Ex-Bonus date was Oct 30, 2018. Accordingly share in my account has to be 480 but not 472.
Beside I have also asked Corporate action summary report on dividends & bonus share issued to me as I have found missing/ not credited in many cases. My client id is 162799,

Despite many reminders Karvy has not transfered my balance share from Beneficiary account to my DP Client id demate account . My client id is 1624375. I have also noted deividend missing in my account and have asked for Corporate summary report of dividends credited to my account.
