Offered Services
The gold loan is the primary business of the company. The company also provides other miscellaneous services such as air ticketing, agriculture, power generation, foreign currency exchange, money transfer, and microfinance services.

It has generated total income of Rs 43,060.86 lakhs, Rs 35,225.23 lakhs, Rs 34,569.97 lakhs, Rs 25,754.43 lakhs and Rs 26,186.8 lakhs for the FY 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively.

to Rs 30,000 lakhs vide its letter dated June 26, 2019. The rating of NCDs by India Ratings indicates that instruments with this rating are considered to have moderate degree of
safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry moderate credit risk.
Mathew K. Cherian, Laila Mathew and Jilu Saju Varghese are the promoters of the company.
The objects of the issue are:
