What is the creteria of allotment of SME IPO. as we have applied too many SME IPOs but did not get any single allotement. As we have applied in different accounts also. Mean to say we have applied approx. 7-8 accounts but not got alloted in even single acc which we habe applied.

Is there any pre condition for SME IPO alottment, life holding value or portfolio values

I need some information regarding FIFO method during the stock transfer from dhani to zerodha .

How is FIFO treated by IT scenario : trading has happened in both broker for same script (eg Tata power) . With new FY , the unsold tata power stocks are moved to zerodha. And zerodha at this stage has NIL stocks of Tata Power, as they were already squared off in last FY .

Will the trade Book of Zerodha be opened and the squared off shares will be considered? And then merged with Dhani Tata Power stocks ?

Can you please share your contact number too , call is quicker results.

Can we sell on ipo listing date ?

Sir, I want clarification on following issue:
I am having two demat accounts as I have two sons & to avoid any trouble after my death,each can get shares transmitted as per nominee fixed by me. To keep equal amount of shares in each demat account, I need to transfer shares in OFF MARKET mode from one to other demat account.
Kindly clarify my stand vis a vis incometax rules on above off market transfers.

Now there is no need to keep two demat account just for nomination purpose as now three nominnes are allowed in one demat account. so you can close one demat account and transfer all the shares in one demat account and nominate 3 persons : your wife, your two sons with equal share or two nominee (your two sons). This will be hassel free.

Needless to say, the visit was memorable.

Our local guide told us that the savage forces surrounding the fort were huge and overwhelming. The provisions in the fort running out and seeing no chance of victory over the numerically huge savage forces, the Rana and his men decided to fight the savages on the day of Holi. They decided to play Holi with blood. The children were sacrificed, men donned saffron clothes and fought to the last drop of their warm blood. The women, led by Maharani Padmini, committed Jauhar to save their own honor and that of their men and country for eternity.

THE GUIDE TOLD US THAT SINCE THAT DAY SOME 700 YEARS AGO, THE HOLI IN CHITTORGARH IS NOT PLAYED ON THE DAY OF HOLI. IT IS PLAYED 14 DAYS LATER.
I am writing to respectfully ask
(1) if what we were told by the local guide was/is true?
(2) Is that tradition of not playing Holi on the day of Holi is still followed in Chittorgarh? And
(3) If not, then when was that tradition changed so the Holi is played on the day of Holi in Chittorgarh?
