I had bought 650 shares of ibulls RE for Rs 27133.66 in beginning of February 2024and accordingly applied for for 350 shares additional amount was subtracted from my account. The 350 shares were allotted by the firm vide their email. The shares have still not been credited in my dmat account.

Never involved in rights issue and I am not sure how it works. As a investor what all I have to do? I have 2k+1k shares in two accounts.
1) When the issue opens then we can bid for entitled quantity via ASBA, right. Can we bid for more quantity and chance to get that?
2) Is the price fixed during bid or it has some cind of cut off like in OFS?
3) Read that shares will be credited automatically in demat which either to be sold or used for application. This I find complex.
While I am studying, any experienced senior please explain in simple terms of can with example.

1 - Yes you can apply any quantity irrespective of your current holding (Must hold 1 Main share or RE)
2 - fixed prices same as IPO
3 - share will get credit in account and you can share as simple as you do for any other of your holding in Demat account

247 shares have been allotted to me under right issue 2024 with bid amount of Rs.22/ per share. While applying through ASBA mode for 247 shares by putting bid amount of Rs.22/ the total bid amount should be Rs.5434/ But the total bid amount shows lesser than Rs.5434/. Can I apply with the amount as shown under ASBA mode.

I have bough the rights entitlements from stock exchange. Now when I make the online application what would be my CAF No. and can i apply for extra shares than the number of RE that I have bought.

I was having the same doubt...I searched through various sources and come to the conclusion that our DP/Client ID is your CAF number......so write the whole number as CAF No. if you bough from right entitlement from market and want to apply.
