How many does it take to allocate NCD?

I had applied JM financial NCD on 14 Feb but still NCDs are not showing up in my demat account. I can see money is blocked still in my bank account. How I can check status for the NCD request?

Muthoot Fincorp Limited NCD debentures are having 0% RII category. Can a retail investor apply for this?
