Why is this issue not closing early even after it is oversubscribed? Could someone please clarify.

Yes, boss, I also agree with you. Actually this IPO should have been stopped when the total subscription was at 790%. But still it is going on. Today's(20/12/19) subscription is 883% at 17.00 hrs). Whether BSE/SEBI is sleeping (or) any other reason? Experts, please comment. Thanks.

You can apply with SBI net banking.
Is the subscription low because private banks aren't showing this subscription yet?
