In spite of sending 2 SMS's to your number since the last 3 weeks, the standard reply was "Our religare team will contact you". In splite of the lapse of time of 3 weeks still it is unfortunate that no body from your end has the time to contact the customer. Would you not think it is bad service ? If the service at the initial stage is like this then what can be expected in the future ?
