Dear Team,

I have received mail from MOIL , Holding 321 Shares and Entitlement is 63.

Now please guide what to do ?

Shall i tender all the shares (321) or only 63 for buyback.

Also process for the same.

Sir,
It is suggested to tender all the shares held on the Record Date to get the maximum benefit as AR is likely to be more than the ER due to non tendering of all the/some of the shares by the investors due to their own reasons. Thank you.
