Hello Sir,

I had applied for Pan card in first week of May 2017. And when I check online it is showing Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.
I am in urgent need of Pan card. It would be really helpful if you can advice what should be done from our side.

Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax department for allottment of PAN, but Income Tax database shows that with this Name, Father''s Name and Date Of Birth already one PAN issued earlier, Kindly confirm whether you have applied for PAN or you have been allotted PAN this before, if yes then please write us at customerservice@nsdl.co.in. Meanwhile we are following up with Income Tax Department for earliest resolution.
