Kindly guide me about my two queries-

1) What is the meaning of "redeemable" here? Is it selleble on BSE/NSE?

2) What does the "secured" word mean here? How are the NCDs secured?

Thanks in advance.

1) Yes, redeemable means you can sell them on BSE (listing only on BSE)...But liquidity is a big problem and you might not get the desired price..

2) NCDs are secured against assets of the company. So if the company goes down then investors get priority..but it could be a long process...

Please check the FAQ section on NCDs...
