Is there any online website of Edelweiss Fin where retail investors can purchase it directly without routing it through brokers ? Purchase should be in Demat from links to the NSDL/CSDL IDs of the Demat Holder.

You can invest in NCDs directly through BSE official app called BSEDirect, you need to have UPI ID and a demat account..
Or through their website https://www.bsedirect.com
