hey, I am your new customer and I done a transaction using your payment getaway facility in NEST browser from my sbi account,but I got the amount after 3 hours and not into my equity account, but that into my commodity account, after contacting your customer support so many times I got that in equity in form of margins. But till that time the price of "Bajaj Hind" was gone up at 18.90, and due to the same, I have to have loss of six hundred rupees, and I was expecting a gain of about one thousand rupees (If everything goes perfect from your side).
Also at the end of the day, I attempted to log in, but I was failed more then a dozen time, and I don''t know why.
So, I really do not have a pleasant experience of trading with trade smart online.

Apologize for the delay from our side in providing the limit.

Sometime it could happen that due to connectivity issues the payment does not reflect immediately. However, that''s something rare and does not happen often.

Why the limit got assigned to commodities was due to some bug and we are following up with the vendor on the same.
