I think more charges you charged when delevery like :

when trade Intraday : 0.007%
When we take Delevery : 0.07% + Rs. Rs 12 minimum or 0.02% subject to maximum of Rs 50 (Transaction (Debit) through DIS - to CDSL DP)

2nd is we GTC as stop loss order. Like If I purchase Axis Bank 50 share @ Rs. 400.
Then I also place GTC as Sale Axis Bank 50 share @ 399. It will remain till Axis Bank share drop till 399.

Transaction through DIS(Demat transaction Charge) is charged when you sell delivery shares. This is not charged on buying. Please refer our knowledge base article for other charges.

To address your last part of query GTC orders are not available as of now, instead you can trade through IOC and DAY.
